I'd like to get two offers (or one combined) for: 1. Making a sink for the kitchen in picture number 2. It is a basement and does not have a kitchen yet but I'd like to have it once I have the sink there. 2. I'd like to have a shower in the bathroom of the basement (pictures 1, 3, 4). I guess some pipes should be extended from the sink in the bathroom or something like that. It should be as basic version as possible (so you'd be able to have a shower). Note, all pictures are in the basement. Sink / bathroom works perfectly. Looking forward to hearing from you.
