Elevated terrace

Dear team,
I'm looking to establish a terrace beside our our.
The dimensions are 5 x 6m. Height of the terrace above the floor is about 1,9m.
The terrace should be founded on concrete, include a stair of 1m wide down to the ground, 1m high railings.
The material to be used is thermowood.
I assume there should be around 16 stolper and 2 sets of reglar (longitidunal and across) of possible 140 x 45.
