Apartment will be empty from August 1st. There will be no furniture. Apartment is net 93 m2 and floor is parquet. Floor will be polished and when necessary (if there are scratches) repaired, including skirting board.
1.Walls will be painted as well, which one should be done first: wall-painting or floor-polishing?
2.How many days would it take?
