I would like jow much it would cost me to do tje repairs needed in a rækkehus I want to buy in Aalborg.
I would need to visit the place with you on Friday 17th, and leave that day with an idea of the budget.

Eternit roof with asbestos - Should have been replaced in 2010
Hole in a roof sheet (fastening hole) due to missing fastening/roof screw. The issue was observed in the roof space
Some roof sheets have been replaced, and in the attic fragments of fibre cement have been found, which most likely contain asbestos.
