The previous owner of the apartment only made a partial change of the electrical cables in the apartm,ent, leaving the onles from hallway to kitchen (and maybe from hallway to bedroom as well, but will be done at a later time) with the old style cable from the 50's from when the building was done. I would like to have them replaced since I have removed the ceiling for a different work scheduled and that these types of cables are not allowed anymore and possibly a hazard.
