Renovation of the bathroom

Work that needs to be done includes: - putting in new floor and tiles - potentially removing the bathtub and putting in a shower instead (not a shower cabin, something simple - e.g., a ramp to hold the water and a curtain or glass door of sorts) - potentially installing a new sink and cupboard over the sink - potentially installing a electric ventilation (there is a typical ventilation shaft, but would be cool to put a little device that ventilates the bathroom faster).
